Due to the perishable nature of our premium meats, we cannot accept physical returns once a delivery has been completed. However, if your order is damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we are committed to providing a full refund or replacement.

Upon arrival, please immediately check your vacuum-sealed packaging and ensure the meat is still at a safe, chilled temperature.

If you notice any punctures or quality concerns, take clear photographs of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
